The first video teaches you how to make White Bean Hummus. The recipe is below. Enjoy!

WHITE BEAN HUMMUS

This recipe is simple and quick. I love using white beans for a different flavor and texture than Garbanzo Beans. I started making this recipe a few years ago when I realized that you could substitute beans for flour and realized, I really like White Kidney or even Cannellini Beans more than most other kinds of beans.

White-Bean-HummusServe the hummus with radishes, celery, sliced bell peppers, carrot sticks, etc. The list goes on and on.
