The first video teaches you how to make White Bean Hummus. The recipe is below. Enjoy!


This recipe is simple and quick. I love using white beans for a different flavor and texture than Garbanzo Beans. I started making this recipe a few years ago when I realized that you could substitute beans for flour and realized, I really like White Kidney or even Cannellini Beans more than most other kinds of beans.

White Bean Hummus

A great afternoon snack. Dip thinly sliced watermelon radishes for a healthier option than potato chips.

Serves: 30
  • 16 oz. White Beans (save the juice to the size)
  • ½ C. Tahini
  • ¼ C. Olive Oil
  • 3 Diced Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Lemon (for the Juice)
  • 5 Basil Leaves (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend together
  3. Top with some lemon juice and a pinch of salt
