Video: Kimchi Fried Rice + Recipe

KIMCHI FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  • ½ Organic Yellow Onion (Diced Finely)
  • 1/3 C Tamari
  • 1 ½ C Organic Brown Basmati Rice Cooked (make a few days before-follow the instructions on the bag)
  • 1/3 C Kimchi
  • 1 Organic Free Range Egg
  • 1 Organic Chicken Breasts (Cubed)
  • 1 Large Organic Bok Choy
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok over the stove. Medium-High Heat. Add oil.
  2. Once the oil has heated for about 30 seconds add the chopped onions.
  3. Sautee until soft. Add already cooked rice. Add ½ of the Tamari
  4. Add chopped Bok Choy. Mix
  5. In a separate pan, cook chicken. Add remaining tamari to chicken.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, mix to rice.
  7. Scramble the Egg and cook. Mix in with the rice.
  8. Take the wok off the fire, mix in Kimchi.
