Lemon + Mint Vinaigrette

Use for to dress up your Mediterranean or Greek Salads
Recipe type: Vinaigrette
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ C. olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a lid.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Serve over a Mediterranean or Greek style salad.
